Our logo is a complex symbol representing the holistic development of human potential.

The prominent elements of this logo are a lion and an elephant. The lion symbolises skill, courage and strength, while the elephant symbolises wisdom and patience. The star at the top of the logo symbolises imagination, dreams, and pursuit. At the bottom of the logo is an open book with a glowing candle, signifying the spreading of knowledge with the light of wisdom.

The shield symbolises achievement, while the dark red and blue colours depict the profoundness of the mission to achieve one’s goal. The white colour denotes the purity of the mission while the yellow colour denotes the glow that comes from the attainment of knowledge.

On the whole, the logo conveys the meaning of illumination and transformation of an individual through skill and wisdom. The esoteric meaning of the logo is aptly summed by the tag line “Dedicated to Holistic Development.”

At SBEM, we believe that in this highly competitive world of today, the standards of education are nowhere near those of the yesteryears. This is due to several factors such as the present trend of confining young minds to just facts and formulae from just prescribed course books. To keep the flame of knowledge alive it is very essential that the concept of holistic learning be put into practice, which helps students remain inquisitive enough to acquire a complete and applicable form of knowledge.

We believe that true knowledge is much more than just remembering facts and figures from text books by rote. It is our aim to help the students find real purpose and meaning in life through learning.
